ORDERING
All orders should be addressed to Coleman Microwave Company, PO Box 247, Edinburg VA
22824. Orders may also be placed by contacting the CMC Field
Representative in your area or our Sales Department at 800/563-3449. If your
requirement is complex you may also forward the supporting documentation via email coleman@colemanmw.com or FAX to 800/563-3450.
SHIPPING
All sales are considered F.O.B. origin unless otherwise specified. Any damage incurred
during shipment should be settled between you the customer and the carrier. Shipments from
the point of origin will normally be made by UPS.
Coleman Microwave Co. will choose the most appropriate means of transportation unless
otherwise specified by the customer.
SOURCE INSPECTION
A charge of 2 percent or $350.00, which ever is greater, applies to all orders requiring
source inspection at our plant. The inspection charge applies to each shipment inspected.
RETURNS
Returns must be first authorized by our sales office and are to be returned prepaid. All
packages and packing slips should be marked with the return material authorization number
issued by the sales office.
WARRANTY
Products manufactured by Coleman Microwave Company are warranted against defective
material and workmanship for one year from the date of shipment. Coleman Microwave
Company's obligation for any defect shall be limited to repair of defective parts. Coleman
Microwave Company assumes no liability if defects result from improper use, operation
above rated capacities, repairs not made by CMC, or misapplication of equipment. No other
warranty is expressed or implied.
SPECIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to discontinue any item or product without notice and to change any
specification at any time without incurring any obligation to incorporate new features in
product previously sold.
